The Science and Technology Association of the Resort Area Builds a "Golden Bridge" for the Heat Exchanger Industry
Recently, news from Nanjing reported that the design and establishment project of the Wuxi Heat Exchanger Engineering Technology Center in the Binhu District Resort Area of Wuxi City has been confirmed as an excellent provincial "Golden Bridge" project. This is another scientific and technological project founded by the Economic Development Bureau and the Science and Technology Association of the resort area to serve enterprises. The heat exchanger industry is an advantageous industry in the resort area with high technological content and close integration with the international market, possessing strong development momentum. Due to its early start and rapid development, it is in a leading position nationwide. In recent years, as the market expands towards internationalization, the heat exchanger industry in the resort area has achieved leapfrog development, with more than 20 heat exchanger enterprises, including supporting companies, achieving an annual sales volume of 2 billion yuan, with an annual increase of over 40%. Under these circumstances, the relevant departments and the Science and Technology Association of the resort area have decided to create a first-class heat exchanger engineering technology center that can lead internationally, in order to further improve the technological content of products and enhance the independent innovation capabilities of various enterprises, and to quickly adapt to the quality and technical requirements of international markets. They are applicable in industries such as chemical, petroleum, solvents, pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, textiles, metallurgy, steel rolling, and coking. The nominal pressure of spiral plate heat exchangers is specified as 0.6, 1, 1.6, 2.5 Mpa (equivalent to the original 6, 10, 16, 25 kg/cm²), which refers to the maximum working pressure of a single passage.
